The world of business is evolving rapidly as AI advances, and there has never been more pressure on the heads of executives to make the right decisions and quickly, to ensure their company capitalises on the opportunities AI provides to disconnect revenue from headcount.
For all but the most technical of executives, staying on top of how AI models and tools can provide real business impact is hard, and for many, a “wait and see” approach prevails. This is not a winning strategy.
I advise senior executives, typically the CEO, on an ongoing basis to ensure they have access to the latest AI developments, positioned in a business context, and a sounding board for their ideas and concerns in relation to AI adoption in their organisation.

Who are advisory engagements for?
Clients are typically CEOs as you have responsibility for setting the strategic direction of the company and reporting to the board on how you are planning to capitalise on the AI transformation.
You do not need to be technical, in fact it is likely a prerequisite that you are not technical and need someone outside of the organisation to speak to for a considered opinion that isn’t based on job security and “we’ve always done it like that” opinions of internal executives and staff.
Outside of CEOs, I work with divisional heads in larger organisations, and executives looking to instill AI best practice in their own functions.
What’s included?
Engagements are based on six month blocks and include:
Unrestricted access to me for between one and three senior executives
Weekly or bi-weekly scheduled calls to address your priorities
One in-person meeting per quarter
Always on reactive support by call, email or more commonly Whatsapp
This includes specific assignments against your strategic goals (i.e. growing revenue, increasing margin per head, entering new markets)
Access to my executive ‘pod’ which features exec-specific content and guides
Invite me to your Slack or Teams channels for me to share updates directly
All sessions can be recorded for re-use internally

Six Month Cycle
All advisory runs over a six month cycle. During the 6 months we’ll address what’s top of mind in the context of AI transformation, including technology, process and organisational change.

Regular Checkins
We’ll agree a weekly or bi-weekly cadence of calls where we’ll talk through what’s top of mind and you’ll evaluate your options.
